Carol successfully applied for the Explore More Together! grant from Carers’ Trust which meant that she was able to run some workshops and activities for a small group of young carers to remind them that they are Very Important People!

We know that young carers can face many ups and downs in their lives so this group aimed to increase their self-awareness, raise their aspirations and increase their confidence and self-esteem.

Thanks so much to Carers’ Trust. Without their support and funding it would be very difficult for us to run groups like this to remind young carers how special they are!
